Paul Alexander is Chairman and CEO of Alexander Group, Inc. His business is bi-cultural and multi-national with offices nationwide and in Mexico City, Mexico. For nearly 25 years, Paul has been a leader in the Performance Improvement Industry. He is considered an expert in behavioral change, tactical marketing, employee engagement, customer engagement and loyalty. He is also author of many white papers, an innovator of numerous cutting edge sales and marketing strategies, branding initiatives and incentive programs.
Through the years, Mr. Alexander has been directly involved in generating over $500 million in new source revenues and cost-savings for his clients. His expertise encompasses both office and manufacturing operations, and focuses on increasing individual performance, team performance, increasing sales, reducing costs and improving safety. Mr. Alexander is often called upon by various industries to assist with developing strategies to meet critical business goals and objectives.

Much of Mr. Alexander's efforts are focused on small businesses by delivering The TEL Solution Seminar to groups of small business owners and providing a process which they can self-implement, along with continuing to work one-on-one with many clients. Mr. Alexander is the author of two novels, one business book and various white papers. With 17 years of international business experience, he serves a variety of clients in a wide range of industries. Bi-cultural and bi-lingual (Spanish and English), he relates extremely well with diverse cultural groups. With 24 years in the performance improvement business, which includes 21 years in Research and Development in the areas of Industrial and Workplace Psychology, Marketing, Sales, and 5 years as a member of the TRW manufacturing team, Mr. Alexander understands the challenges businesses face today. More importantly, Paul knows how to design and implement programs and events which result in dramatically improving your company's bottom line - not to mention improving the morale of your employees.
Paul is educated in Business and Engineering. He is an inventor, an innovator of business solutions, a creative writer, a pilot, lifelong motorcyclist, mechanic, woodworker, and outdoorsman. He lives in Sullivan, Missouri, with his wife Sharon, and is the father of a Green Beret.
