A career in the technology and telecommunications industries with roles in engineering, sales, marketing and business development have taught Montie how to leverage the assets and resources of an organization in order to grow and expand the business.
As a Business Development professional, Montie has worked with hardware companies, software developers, defense contractors, wireless operators and network providers. Montie's specialties include strategic sales management, large account management, product development, innovative business models, organizational development, employee engagement and performance, strategic planning and positioning which can be used to bring the advantages of Fortune 500 companies to small and medium enterprises.
Montie has worked with the Alexander Group Corporate team over the past few years to broaden the company's footprint by utilizing social media and internet communication vehicles. He regularly posts internal discussion groups on LinkedIn and contributes to the company's research and development of modern marketing and engagement techniques.
Montie and his wife, Debbie live in Parker, Colorado and have two grown daughters. His favorite pastimes include mountain climbing, skiing, golfing and architecture.
