The History of Alexander Group

Alexander Group, Inc. has been delivering performance improvement solutions to businesses for over a decade. Their business is bi-cultural and multi-national with offices in Missouri, Colorado and Mexico City, Mexico. Paul D. Alexander founded Alexander Group, Inc. in his home office in September, 1998. The company began as a one man operation focusing upon the creation of Performance Improvement and marketing programs for companies of all sizes.  Paul encountered all of the challenges that face any start up and little by little he developed the tools necessary to fulfill client needs.  Sales grew quickly to more than $10,000 per month in 1998 and over $200,000 in 1999.  The year 2000 was another growth year and profit quadrupled to nearly $1,000,000. The Client list included manufacturers, banks, insurance companies and retailers.  Throughout this period AG developed new Performance Improvement products and tools. These products were each trademarked, copyrighted and packaged in such a way to facilitate customization, making them affordable for the needs of small business.

Many Consultants start their business in home offices with no employees, limited access to resources and build their client base very slowly. Unless you begin with unlimited capital, it is necessary to wear many hats, commit lots of hours of your own labor and deal with the pitfalls of selling and delivering.
